We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PasteMD Pro within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period, please contact us at support@pastemd.io with your account email. To cancel your subscription without a refund, go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription".
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis only for exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing service access. Please contact us at support@pastemd.io.
